Self Doubt can seep in at any age. Early childhood, adolescence, ugh adolescence can be tough, or even as an adult we deal with self-doubt. No matter how you have found yourself to be in the self-doubters club, you need to be aware that this can affect your mental health and physical health. Anxiety, depression, and stress open the door for weight gain, high blood pressure, and chronic fatigue if you continue to marinate in self-doubt

You will see how important it is to get out of your head and shake certain belief systems from your repertoire. Keep on moving forward, it might feel a bit like a dance of two steps forward and one step back.
